FAQ's

All orders are handmade and made to order.  Please allow up to 10 business days for processing of orders as all orders are made by solely our owner and creator. If you have a large custom order such as party/shower favors, please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once orders have been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification so you can track your order. We currently ship within the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the U.K.

We do not accept returns, however, if you are unhappy with your order, please contact us directly so we can determine the best resolution.

Great news! We do customize orders. If you see a product that may contain an oil or butter that you are allergic to (for example, sweet almond oil), let us know. We can use another carrier oil such as jojoba oil. Or if you don't see a fragrance that you like, let us know! We may be able to order it just for you! 

If you are ordering a customized party favor or gift box that we need to handle outside of the online store, I will most likely send you an invoice for it. Please be advised that orders will not be processed until the invoice has been paid in full.
